Square Enix has released a bevy of new screenshots for the Nintendo Switch version of Dragon Quest Builders, showcasing the environments, enemies, and mechanics found within the well received title, released originally in 2016. We've curated a selection of screenshots for your eyes to feast upon. Check it out below!

The Nintendo Switch version will sport exclusives not present in other versions, such as the ability to gather materials while riding the Great Sabrecub in Free Build Mode. By utilizing the Sabrecub in battle against foes, enemies slain will have a chance to drop an exclusive material called "pixels". Utilising these materials requires the use of a workshop, shaped like the first Dragon Quest Famicom cartridge, and will allow players to recreate various elements from the Famicom title.

As it stands, the Nintendo Switch has fast become one of our favorite consoles over here at RPGFan, and, personally, I think Dragon Quest Builders is a perfect addition to the fledgling console's library. If you'd like to check the rest of the screenshots out, feel free to check our gallery!

Dragon Quest Builders will launch for the Switch on February 9th in North America and Europe, and March 1st in Japan. It is currently available for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita worldwide.
